Hiking

Check the map with the hiking routes.

L'Hospitalet de l'Infant - Sant Roc Chapel

Ascent to the hermitage of Sant Roc, located at the top of the mountains of the Mestral range, from where we can enjoy wonderful views of the municipality and its coast. Avoid the hottest hours in summer and take water with you.

L'Hospitalet de l'Infant - Vandellòs

This route allows us to capture the great contrast between the mountains and the coast, a contrast that is evident in just under 13 km. Another of the highlights of the route is also passing through and being able to stop at two of the interior villages that form part of Vandellòs i L'Hospitalet de l'Infant, such as Masboquera and Masriudoms.

L'Hospitalet de l'Infant - Els Corralets

The dry stone margins, which enabled the farmers to smooth the slopes of the hillsides, and the centuries-old ruins of the corrals are part of the landscape of this part of the Mediterranean, a featured that is very present throughout the route.

Jonquet coastal path

The Jonquet coastal path, classified as a Blue Trail, is a low-difficulty nature trail that links two blue flag beaches, Arenal and Torn, and has been compacted over the years.

L'Hospitalet de l'Infant - La Rojala - Torn

We start the route at the end of the Arenal promenade, following the GR-92 signs to the Templo del Sol campsite. After the campsite, we follow the GR-92 to the mountain of La Rojala, a Protected Natural Area. Once we reach the viewpoint, we highlight the impressive views of the Torn beach and L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When we reach the Torn geodesic vertex, we leave the GR to descend towards the beach. Return along the Jonquet coastal path marked by blue dots.

L'Hospitalet de l'Infant - Llèria Ravine

A route with a significant elevation gain that crosses the wonderful landscape of the Torn, with its secluded coves. It ascends the dry Llèria ravine, climbs the Molló Puntaire and crosses the Aiguacoll ravine, a paradise for via ferratas.

L'Hospitalet de l'Infant - La Porrassa

The ‘La Porrassa’ route runs through pleasant terrain, with little elevation gain. It is a good walk that allows us to get to know the flatter part of the foothills of the mountains, where several ravines end up.
